INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
Transport Canada’s Navigation Protection Program (NPP) administers the Canadian Navigable Waters Act (CNWA) which helps keep Canada’s navigable waters open for transport and recreation.
In accordance with requirements of the Canadian Navigable Waters Act, Therme Group Canada Inc. hereby gives notice that applications have been submitted to the Minister of Transport for the below works:

Comments about the potential effect of these works must be received in writing within 30 days of this posting.
